Lady-Captain Catalina Alvarez

Rogue Trader Catalina Alvarez de Velasco y Cordoba, from a long-running Rogue Trader game currently on hiatus.

A spoiled, decadent-beyond-imagining young noble from Malfi, Catalina was thrown into the Navy by her Rogue Trader father after an embarrassing incident involving Spook. The Navy toughened her up (or at least taught her to be more discreet with her indulgences), and several years later Catalina inherited her father's warrant after he and all of her elder siblings died in a mysterious accident in the Jericho Reaches.

Catalina has gone on to salvage a battlecruiser and play hero for the Achillius Crusade, an ongoing project. Currently married, she has a bastard daughter with an Inquisitor of the Ordo Xenos and a very intense relationship with her Sister Famulous, who is constantly trying to save her damned soul.

One of my favorite characters, I hope I get to play this game again someday.
